About the Opportunity: Custom Healthcare Solutions is hiring Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRTs) and Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) for permanent, direct-hire positions with a healthcare organization in Miami, Florida. Opportunities are available at multiple experience levels. Candidates will be considered based on their credentials, clinical background, and relevant experience. Selected candidates will be employed directly by the hiring organization.

Responsibilities: Assess patients’ respiratory needs and provide care according to established treatment plans. Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and monitor patients’ responses. Operate and monitor respiratory care equipment within the scope of the assigned role. Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical team members. Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately. Follow patient safety, infection prevention, and departmental procedures.

Qualifications: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials. Respiratory therapy experience appropriate to the position level. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills. Ability to meet the licensure and clinical requirements for the selected position.
