Senior Labor and Employment Attorney

Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of attorneys and support staff on wage and hour class actions and representative actions. Conduct case strategy, research, and trial preparation. Oversee discovery, discovery management, and motion practice. Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders about case status and strategy. Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development.

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar. Minimum 6 years of experience in wage and hour class actions and representative actions. Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to lead a team, work independently, and manage multiple cases simultaneously. Familiarity with California state and federal procedural law.

Base Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 per year.
