Mid to Senior Employment Litigation Associate

Overview: Must be licensed in both Utah and Colorado. Requires specific litigation experience including trial/evidentiary hearings and the ability to manage matters independently from inception through resolution. Experience handling Title VII matters, unpaid compensation and wage-related claims, and harassment and employment-related claims is essential. Day-to-day work involves litigation tasks such as responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations, as well as advisory work like drafting/revising handbooks and client training under state and federal employment laws.
