Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities: ·Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and online research for key contacts at target customers.·Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company, our products and value proposition to position our company effectively.·Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions and coordinate the leads and contacts with our marketing/social media team..Follow up with customers and continue engagement for long term relationship. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS·2-3+ years of experience in an inside sales and/or customer-facing role.·Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills..College degree or actively pursuing higher education a plus.·Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and target-driven with strongorganizational and time-management skills..Willing to travel for customer visit and to regional and national trade shows as needed. PREFERRED SKILLSBilingual (Spanish) – a plus but not required. ADDITIONAL NOTESIf you are an enthusiastic, persuasive, and professional individual with excellent people skills and ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply! Aura Seating is an equal opportunity employer.
