Senior Account Executive - Full Truckload (FTL) & Domestic Trucking RemoteWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative/Account Executive with deep experience in Full Truckload (FTL) and domestic trucking (non-asset). This role requires a professional who can manage accounts cradle-to-grave and has a proven track record of building and managing a book of business generating $20,000+ in monthly gross profit. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely while receiving guidance and support from industry leaders with over 50 years of combined experience in domestic truckload sales.
Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts from initial prospecting through execution, including pricing, carrier selection, and delivery oversight. Develop and close new FTL and domestic trucking business. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring service excellence. Strategically grow your book of business to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service execution.
Qualifications: 3+ years of cradle-to-grave experience in FTL or domestic trucking sales (non-asset).Proven track record of managing a book of business generating $20,000+ in monthly gross profit. Strong understanding of domestic trucking, carrier networks, and market trends. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation: Base salary with negotiable commission structure ranging from 20–30% once base salary is covered. Opportunity to work alongside and learn from top industry experts with decades of experience.
