Executive Leader — Complex Excess Claims

Zurich North America is seeking a Vice President, Head of Complex Excess Claims to lead the strategic direction, technical excellence, and operational performance of our Complex Excess Claims organization, overseeing the national Primary Complex and Excess teams. This role partners with Underwriting, Finance, Actuary, Marketing, and Distribution to provide claims insights, influence underwriting strategies, mitigate loss costs, and deliver exceptional customer experience in a matrixed
