Compensation: 100% commission-based, providing unlimited income potential based on performance (uncapped)Remote Work: Fully remote position for US-based independent contractors

Flexible Hours: Work independently while remaining available during core business hours, 8 AM–5 PM MT, to support scheduling, client coordination, and candidate communication Exposure to working on all types of roles & industries while having a main focus on the healthcare. A Day in the Life of a Physician Recruiter As a Physician Recruiter, you’ll specialize in identifying and engaging physicians and doctors for open opportunities across the healthcare industry. You’ll manage candidates throughout the recruiting process, from initial outreach and qualification through presentation and placement, while partnering with the internal recruiting team to support client hiring goals. Success in this role requires strong physician sourcing skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and the drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities include: Source physicians and doctors through Linked In, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels Identify and proactively engage qualified physician candidates for open positions Screen and qualify physicians based on experience, credentials, career goals, and client requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates throughout the recruitment process Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent follow-up with prospective candidates Coordinate with the internal recruiting team regarding candidate status, interviews, and client requirements Present qualified physician candidates to the appropriate recruiting team members and clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in applicant tracking and recruiting systems Stay informed on physician talent markets and effective sourcing strategies Work on roles outside of just the medical industry

Requirements and Qualifications: 3+ years of professional recruiting experience specifically focused on physicians, doctors, or other highly specialized healthcare providers Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting physicians in a competitive talent market Experience with physician recruitment, healthcare recruiting, medical staffing, or provider talent acquisition Strong knowledge of physician sourcing and candidate engagement strategies Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Ability to manage your own recruiting pipeline and workload Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment Must be based in the United States and eligible to work as an independent contractor Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems, Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting tools Ability to commit to approximately 30–40 hours per week About Iso Talent: We are a modern recruiting agency that partners with organizations across multiple industries to identify and place top talent.
