Seeking a California Licensed Commercial Litigation Attorney, the full-time hybrid position will manage litigation cases, conduct legal research, and prepare persuasive documents while engaging in client interactions and court appearances.
Key responsibilities:
Manage litigation cases and represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Engage in client interactions and provide strategic legal advice
Required qualifications:
Licensed and admitted to practice in California
Strong academic background in law
Proven skills in legal research and writing
Experience in trial work is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
