A law firm seeks a mid-level litigation attorney to join its Business Litigation practice group in Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring 4-8 years of commercial litigation experience, including significant motion and trial experience.
Duties:
Engage in complex commercial litigation cases. Draft and argue motions effectively. Participate in trial preparation and proceedings. Provide exceptional client service and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
4-8 years of commercial litigation experience. Superior written and oral advocacy skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of Arizona. Education Strong academic background.
Certifications:
