Join a hospital-employed OB/GYN group within a major academic medical center, where private‑practice autonomy meets the resources and support of a tertiary referral hub serving over a million people across East Tennessee. The Practice General, full‑scope OB/GYN with a roughly 50/50 split between obstetrics and gynecology Flexible schedule with 2 to 3 clinic days per week and optional outreach clinics; physicians manage their own surgery schedules Call is 4 overnight in‑house shifts per month at 12 to 15 hours each, with OB hospitalist support; the day of and day after call are protected from clinic duties Clinic, triage, L&D, and ORs are all co‑located, with dedicated OB/GYN surgical suites and accessible robotic block time Volumes run 20 to 28 patients per day in clinic with 10 to 12 deliveries per month, backed by a Level III NICU and an MFM team of 8 physicians and 3 fellows
Compensation and Benefits:
