Real Estate Development - Senior Manager/Manager, Regional Facilities

THE TEAM: The mission of the Facilities Department is to maintain and repair all Aritzia spaces to enable an everyday luxury environment.

As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will oversee day-to-day facilities management as well as engaging in best-in-class programs in space maintenance and repairs in your specific region. THE ROLE: As the Sr Manager/Manager, Facilities, you will: Guide the effective planning and upkeep of our physical spaces through structured maintenance strategies. Ensure spaces are maintained to the Aritzia standard, on time and for the right price.

A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATIONAt Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
