Diamond Parking is seeking an Area Manager - Parking Services in Anchorage, AK to lead training and support for CSR representatives and Administrators, ensuring high customer service levels and timely financial deadlines. The role supervises Leads and CSRs, coordinates scheduling and staffing, conducts audits and quality checks, and drives operational excellence while maximizing parking revenue and maintaining service quality. Onsite work with occasional after-hours is required.
