Sales Account Executive

Work Rocket is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Executive who brings energy, accountability, and a real competitive edge. This role is built for someone who wants to win, isn’t afraid of hard work, and takes ownership of their results — without relying on gimmicks or high-pressure tactics. This is not a sit-back-and-wait type of job. You’ll spend your time talking with HR leaders, operations teams, and business owners about their hiring challenges, and helping them build smarter recruitment strategies. You’ll balance prospecting with managing existing clients, staying organized, and following up consistently — because that’s what actually drives success in this business. We’ll teach you how we operate, how we sell, and how our recruitment marketing model works, but you’ll need the drive to push through obstacles and stay disciplined even when things get tough. If you’re good, you’ll be busy — and you’ll be rewarded for it. Work Rocket is a recruitment marketing firm that helps companies attract and hire qualified talent across the U.S. We move fast, we compete hard, and we take pride in doing things the right way. Growth here isn’t handed out — it’s earned through results, consistency, and professionalism. Why people succeed at Work Rocket: Clear earning potential tied directly to your performance.
