Position Overview: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys with legal research, document preparation, discovery, case management, and day-to-day legal operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

What You’ll Do: Conduct legal research involving laws, cases, and regulations. Draft and review legal documents, filings, contracts, and correspondence. Prepare and respond to discovery requests. Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files. Assist with evidence, exhibits, witness statements, and case preparation. Communicate with clients and provide case updates. Prepare court filings and track important deadlines. Schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions. Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys.

What You’ll Bring: 2+ years of paralegal experience required. Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution. Employment law experience preferred. Legal research and document-management experience. Familiarity with Lexis Nexis and/or Westlaw. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Discovery experience is a plus. Compensation $60,000–$75,000 annual salary. WHY JOIN? Competitive salary based on experience.
