Position Summary: Pizza Bear is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing and executing our sourdough pizza program with consistency, speed, and care.

Responsibilities? Stretch, top, and fire sourdough pizzas to spec ? Manage dough handling, fermentation awareness, and daily prep ? Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station ? Execute service consistently during high-volume shifts ? Assist with prep including sauces, toppings, and dough production ? Follow all food safety and sanitation standards ? Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams Qualifications ? Experience in pizza, bread, or line cooking 1 -2 years preferred ? Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship ? Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure ? Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset ?
