Preschool Infant & Toddler Teacher Location: VA-Richmond-23233 Full / Part Time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00–$18 per hour, based on position and experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday (hours scheduled between 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) No evening or weekend shifts.

Supervise and mentor Assistant Teachers and Aides, modeling effective teaching strategies and classroom routines. Ensure all activities and classroom practices comply with Virginia state licensing standards.

What We're Looking For: RequiredExperience working with children ages 6 weeks–5 years. A caring, patient, and dependable personality. Strong understanding of child development. Ability to work as part of a team. High school diploma or GED. Preferred1–2+ years of preschool or early childhood classroom experience preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred or in progress. CDA is a plus! Experience leading or mentoring other teachers is a plus.
