What You’ll Be Doing: As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Managing reservations and room assignments efficiently. Handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records. Assisting with other front desk duties to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented. Organized and detail-focused, with the ability to multitask. A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone. Comfortable using basic computer systems for reservations and payments. Prior experience in hospitality is not required—just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
