Key responsibilities:

Promote communication among providers and team members to ensure effective healthcare service delivery
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Experience or knowledge in foster care, juvenile justice systems, or behavioral health services is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
