The Accounting Solutions Expert will be the bridge between our AI-powered order-to-cash reconciliation platform and the finance teams who use it. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone accounting who thinks like an accountant but is energized by technology and automation. You'll bring deep knowledge of cash application, AR, and reconciliation workflows to help prospects and customers understand how our platform solves real accounting problems, guide successful implementations, and help ensure our product keeps solving the problems that matter most to finance teams. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Product you'll support the sales cycle by fielding accounting-specific questions, lead or support customer onboarding and configuration, and act as the internal voice of the accounting practitioner as we build and refine the product.
