- Pay & Home Time
- Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty
- Southwest regional routes
- Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)34–48 hour reset at home
- Freight & Equipment
- Dry van freight 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload 100% no-touch freight
- Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
- Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
Additional Benefits:
- Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
- Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
