Primary Care Medical Director - Physician

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight across our primary care practices in Northampton and Amherst, MA. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care while supporting providers, optimizing operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Medical Director will maintain an active clinical practice (70%) while dedicating administrative time (30%) to leadership responsibilities.
