Eligibility: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder We are hiring skilled Solder Assemblers with strong experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and/or through-hole soldering for aerospace electronics manufacturing. The role involves precision soldering, inspection, rework, and quality assurance of PCB assemblies in a high-reliability environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with: SMT soldering (required for both roles) Through-hole soldering (required for 2nd role) Strong knowledge of solder defect identification & repair Familiarity with IPC / J-STD standards (certification preferred) Experience with: AOI (preferred)X-ray inspection (for advanced role) Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions High attention to detail and quality
