Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Registered Nurse Supervisor

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this key role, you will coordinate daily clinical operations, patient flow, and staffing while serving as a resource and role model for nursing staff. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support evidence-based practice, and help drive quality and safety initiatives. Coordinate daily clinical operations and patient flow for assigned unit or service line. Support and guide nursing staff to ensure safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans and outcomes. Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance metrics; support improvement initiatives. Assist with staff onboarding, coaching, and competency development. Oversee accurate clinical documentation and effective use of EHR systems.
