Working remotely on a contract basis, the Freelance Video Editor will edit polished long-form videos, podcasts, and short-form content for various platforms, collaborating with the Senior Editor to produce high-performing content that meets established creative and technical standards.

Key responsibilities: Edit long-form videos, podcasts, and short-form content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Translate creative briefs and pre-production outlines into focused edits with strong storytelling elements Maintain organized project files and communicate progress while collaborating with other editors

Required qualifications: At least 2 years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong editorial judgment Excellent file-management habits and experience in collaborative post-production pipelines Familiarity with audience-retention principles and platform-native content practices Responsive communication skills, including familiarity with project-management tools like Monday.com
