Location: Blytheville, AR
Travel: Possible - Max up to 3-5 days per month (out of state)
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 based on experience + benefits + annual performance bonus

Tiellois proud to partner with a leadingIndustrial HVAC Service and Construction Contractoron their search for anElectrical Division Managerto launch and lead a new Electrical Division within the company. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for a driven operations professional to build a division from the ground up, establishing team structure, internal processes, and procedures while leveraging an existing book of business to generate immediate revenue.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial electrical work, particularly within steel mill or heavy industrial environments, and has previously built or significantly grew a division, branch, or business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the startup and strategic development of Company`s new Electrical Division, including staffing, org structure, and operational workflows
Develop and implement standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control processes specific to industrial electrical work
Recruit, hire, and build out a team of electricians, foremen, and support staff to support division growth
Leverage existing industry relationships and book of business to secure new electrical project work, particularly within steel mills and heavy industrial facilities
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for electrical projects
Establish and manage vendor/subcontractor relationships as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, OSHA regulations, and industry safety standards
Collaborate with company leadership and other division managers to align on company-wide goals, resource sharing, and business development strategy
Manage division P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Represent Company in client relationships, industry associations, and business development efforts
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Division Manager, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role within the electrical/industrial construction industry
Demonstrated success building a team, department, or division from the ground up, including structure, process, and procedure development
Strong industrial electrical background, with direct experience in steel mill or heavy industrial settings strongly preferred
Existing book of business/client relationships within the industrial electrical space, ideally with steel mill or manufacturing clients
Solid understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
Strong leadership, recruiting, and team-building skills
Excellent business development, client relationship, and negotiation skills
Financial acumen - experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost control
Willingness to be based in or relocate to Arkansas
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with a mechanical/HVAC contractor expanding into electrical services, or a standalone industrial electrical contractor
Journeyman or Master Electrician license (or equivalent industry credential) a plus, though not required for this leadership-focused role
Track record of profitable division/branch growth
