Aviation Tech Training Designer (Hybrid)

Standard Aero, Inc. seeks a Technical Training Developer to design, develop, revise, and improve training materials for aviation maintenance environments, delivering ILT, CBT, assessments, and guides aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate has adult learning expertise and experience with ADDIE or similar models, proficiency in Articulate Storyline/Rise, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office, and is willing to travel up to 10% to US facilities and sites.
