VP and Director levels ( 2 positions open )The Operations Back Office Manager will independently lead the Listed Clearing business support functions, applying deep US capital markets expertise to oversee the settlements, controls, cash management, and client service of listed products. Operating with a strong macro and strategic focus, the Manager will drive process evolution, system automation, and third-party BPO performance, with a heavy emphasis on traditional back-office operations including DTC Cash Equity, Stock Borrow/Loan (US & Foreign), OCC Options Clearing, and Equity Tri-Party. This role is tasked with establishing robust controls, maintaining regulatory compliance, and mentoring a high-performing, self-sufficient team in a dynamic operations environment.
