Senior Telecommunications Service Delivery Consultant – Carrier Services & Provisioning
The consultant should possess demonstrated experience supporting enterprise telecommunications environments and coordinating telecommunications services across multiple carriers, vendors, locations, and internal technology teams.
Experience within healthcare or similarly complex, highly available environments is strongly preferred.
Key Qualifications:

Enterprise telecommunications service delivery and provisioning
Carrier circuit ordering and lifecycle management
Verizon and Comcast enterprise telecommunications services
MPLS/PIP, DIA, Ethernet, broadband, SD-WAN, and related WAN services
Enterprise VoIP service provisioning and telephone number porting
Carrier portals and telecommunications order-management processes
E911 and telephone-number management
Telecommunications inventory and expense-management processes
Carrier escalation and SLA management
Telecom migrations and after-hours cutover activities
Cross-functional coordination with Network Engineering and IT Operations
Documentation, reporting, inventory management, and process improvement
Supporting telecommunications services within large, distributed enterprise environments
