Experience in legal research platforms, legal publishing companies, or regulatory information services. Exposure to commercial legal environments (M&A, finance, regulatory, transactional law, etc.).Agile project delivery experience. Leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience. Job Description: This is a legal content transformation and AI strategy role focused on modernizing how legal, legislative, and regulatory content is created, managed, and delivered globally. The person will act as the bridge between legal/editorial teams, product managers, engineers, and AI stakeholders, helping the organization implement AI-powered content solutions while maintaining legal accuracy and editorial quality. The role is less about practicing law and more about using AI, automation, and workflow optimization to improve legal publishing operations. They will own AI-related initiatives, establish governance and best practices, drive adoption across the business, and help shape the company's long-term AI strategy for legal content.

Day-to-Day: Meet with editorial, legal, product, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements. Gather requirements for content generation, summarization, classification, enrichment, and workflow automation initiatives. Evaluate new AI tools and determine their applicability for legal content workflows. Partner with engineering teams on the development and rollout of AI-enabled editorial products and features. Develop and maintain AI governance standards and content quality guidelines. Review metrics around content quality, workflow efficiency, model performance, and customer impact. Present recommendations, project updates, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. Drive adoption of AI tools through training, coaching, and change management efforts. Research emerging AI, LLM, and legal-tech trends and translate them into practical business applications. Collaborate globally with stakeholders across multiple regions and legal systems.
