To distribute these responsibilities effectively among the 7 high school interns, the workload can be organized using a team structure. This setup assigns every intern a specialized primary role while keeping everyone involved in the core lab testing, lectures, and the final capstone build.Required QualificationsHS Students will participate in the workforce development program called EMERGE with Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Raj over the course of the Summer 2026 term (June and July 2026).Statement(s) of UnderstandingThis position requires a background check.
