Senior Director, Project Controls — Transit Programs

MTA Construction & Development is seeking a Senior Director, Project Controls (Stations) to lead the project controls function for the Delivery/Stations division. This executive role oversees staffing, budgets, and policy decisions while aligning with senior management objectives. The Senior Director will establish performance KPIs, drive complex project controls solutions, and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver critical transportation infrastructure projects in New York.
