Inventory Coordinator

Location: On-site, Kansas City, MOJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage daily inventory operations for raw materials within a textile manufacturing environmentTrack and reconcile inventory movements using ERP systems and barcode/RFID scanning technologyConduct cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and investigate inventory discrepanciesEnsure accurate receiving, storage, and transfer of materials throughout warehouse and production areasMaintain real-time inventory accuracy across warehouse and manufacturing locationsCoordinate with purchasing, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to support operational requirementsDevelop and improve inventory control procedures and warehouse processesMonitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning to support production schedulesEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Minimum 3 years of inventory management experience in a manufacturing, textile, or apparel environmentExperience using ERP systems for inventory management and stock trackingProficiency with barcode scanners, RFID systems, and inventory tracking technologiesStrong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and stock reconciliationAbility to analyze inventory data and resolve discrepancies efficientlyStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to stand, walk, and frequently lift and move materials as requiredWorking knowledge of inventory accuracy standards and best practicesIf you are interested, please apply
