Collections Manager Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday Our client is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead Collections and Cash Application operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing teams, improving processes, and driving results that support overall business performance and cash flow objectives. Lead and develop Collections and Cash Application team members through coaching, training, and performance management. Drive timely collection of outstanding receivables while maintaining positive customer relationships. Oversee payment application, account reconciliations, and resolution of payment discrepancies. Research and resolve unapplied cash and other payment-related issues. Monitor team performance, balance workloads, and track key operational metrics. Partner with internal departments to resolve customer account concerns and improve processes. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex collections and payment inquiries. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance. Experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Account Reconciliation. Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on coaching and team development. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
