The ideal candidate will be well organized, motivated to succeed, and work well in a team environment. A hybrid work schedule is offered after training is completed.
Duties:
- Perform day-to-day customer and policy service on accounts
- Develop, quote, and process additional lines of coverage for existing customers.
- Remarket existing Personal Lines customers as needed
- Maintain, review, and update Expiration Lists monthly for renewals, processing renewals and updating policy information as necessary
- Process endorsements for customers and maintain suspense system for follow-upProvide prompt, professional, courteous service to customers
- Assist other Personal Lines teammates (and claims) as necessary during vacation, illness, etc.
- Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills and continuing education requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, required
- Previous insurance experience, preferred
- Active P&C license, or obtain within 90 days, required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Experience with EPIC or insurer websites, a plus
