Location: Fully remote

Work Schedule: Pacific Time (PST) hours Eligible States: Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, or Idaho Bar Admission: Active Nevada Bar license required

Salary: $115,000

What You'll Do: Manage consumer advocacy and civil litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Communicate directly with clients and keep them informed throughout their cases Negotiate with opposing counsel and work toward favorable resolutions Attend court appearances and hearings in Nevada as needed

What We're Looking For: Active Nevada Bar license in good standing 1+ years of attorney experience; attorneys with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills Ability to manage a caseload independently Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work remotely while maintaining a schedule aligned with Pacific Time
