The Role:
As a Scheduler / Senior Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in planning, monitoring, and controlling project delivery, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain detailed CPM project schedules using Primavera P6Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance
- Identify potential delays, risks, and opportunities to improve project delivery
- Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve key milestones
- Prepare schedule updates, reports, forecasts, and progress analysis for project leadership
- Support wider planning, scheduling, and project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide scheduling insight and recommendations to support successful project delivery
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Scheduler or Senior Scheduler within large-scale construction
- Strong Primavera P6 experience
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles
- Experience working on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or major commercial ground-up construction
- Experience on projects valued at $100M+ is highly desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and senior stakeholders
