Welder

Hours: 6:00a - 2:30p (Mon-Fri)

Pay Range: $22-$24/hr, based on experience The Impact You'll Make: Fabricate reinforcement cages by cutting, bending, tying, and welding rebar sizes #3 through #8 Perform MIG welding in accordance with shop drawings and engineered specifications Assemble rebar cages for custom precast concrete structures Ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy in all work products Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocols Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For: Experience with MIG welding, preferably in rebar, precast, or structural applications Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Comfortable working independently and managing daily workload Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
