Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for their eye exams
- Perform pre-testing, including VA, IOP, OCT, retinal photography, and visual fields
- Accurately document results in the EHR system
- Educate patients and guide them through the testing process
- Assist the Optometrist during examinations
- Support patients with frame and lens selection as needed
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required1–3 years of experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional, patient-focused demeanor
- Interest in healthcare and eye wellness
