Driving technical execution and delivery, the full-time Lead Engineer, Merchandise Technology will lead engineering efforts across global merchandising platforms, focusing on modernization, high-quality delivery, and integration of AI/ML solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead design, development, and implementation of solutions aligned with business and architectural standards
Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
Mentor engineers and coordinate work across onshore and offshore teams to achieve shared goals
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7-10+ years of experience building and supporting enterprise applications
Strong experience with modern application development, including APIs and cloud platforms
Experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives
Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled solutions in enterprise systems preferred
