Remote NV Associate Attorney - Consumer Law & Litigation

Henderson Scott US is seeking a Nevada-licensed attorney for a fully remote role, outside of court appearances. You must live in Nevada and be admitted to practice law there. There are no billable hours and this is a strictly 40 hour per week role. The position exposes you to consumer protection matters, transactional and civil litigation, with responsibilities spanning client liaison, pleading preparation, negotiation, and advocacy in court.
