Structural Steel Business Development Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, construction managers, developers, and other key industry contacts Identify and pursue new structural steel project opportunities Build and manage a pipeline of potential projects and customers Track upcoming projects and engage with clients early in the procurement process Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and project information Work closely with estimating, operations, and project management teams to develop opportunities Attend customer meetings, industry events, and project meetings as needed Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the company's market presence

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in structural steel business development, sales, estimating, or project management Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection Experience with large-scale and complex projects such as: Data centers AirportsE-commerce facilities Stadiums High-rise buildings Large commercial and industrial facilities Established relationships within the construction industry preferred Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel regularly Company Offers: Remote work opportunity Base salary + commission based on experience Strong benefits package Travel expenses covered Opportunity to grow within an established structural steel organization Send resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
