Construction Estimator

Commercial Estimator – Houston, TXI’m currently working with a well-established General Contractor in Houston who are looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team. This is a great opportunity for an Estimator with strong experience in the Houston commercial construction market who is looking to join a reputable and growing GC.The Role:Lead estimates from conceptual stages through to bid submission Review plans, specifications and contract documents Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing Work closely with the Preconstruction and Project Management teams Help develop competitive and accurate bids What We’re Looking For:4+ years of experience as an Estimator Experience working for a General Contractor Strong knowledge of the Houston commercial construction market Ground-up commercial construction experience No Multi-Family or Residential-only backgrounds Strong understanding of plans, specifications, takeoffs and subcontractor scopes Good communication and organizational skills If you’re an experienced Commercial Estimator in Houston and open to hearing about a new opportunity, I’d be happy to have a confidential conversation.
