About the Role: We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our team and drive podcast growth. This is a core development role ideal for someone who thrives on working with talent (hosts), building relationships, executing outreach strategies, and identifying opportunities in the fast-paced world of digital content and influencer marketing.

What You’ll Do: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with talent, podcasters, hosts, YouTubers, agencies and creators Lead targeted outreach efforts to prospective clients and partners Manage and respond to inbound interest, qualifying leads and moving them through the pipeline Analyze performance data and industry trends to support strategy and outreach Maintain detailed records of outreach, leads, deals, and contacts Build trusted relationships with podcast networks, creators, agents, and internal stakeholders Stay on top of industry trends and become an expert in the podcasting and creator economy

What We’re Looking For: Self-starter with a passion for sales, partnerships, and relationship-building Comfortable with cold outreach, email campaigns, and prospecting at scale Strong organizational skills with the ability to track leads and follow up consistently 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or similar fields Familiarity with podcasting, YouTube, content creators, or the digital media landscape Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over Zoom and in meetings Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Why Bleav: Fully Remote– work from anywhere Exciting, fast-growing company– be part of our next stage of growth Passion Meets Purpose– ideal for someone who loves sports, media, and digital culture High-Earning Potential– retainer + commission model
