On-Site Apartment Maintenance Technician

Middleburg Communities is seeking a Service Technician to maintain assets, perform general maintenance, and support grounds services across apartment homes. The role reports to the Service Manager and Property Manager and focuses on 75% market-ready units, 3–5 day downtime for turnovers, and a 10-day turn for upgrades per standards. You will perform preventative maintenance, manage inventory, assist with repairs, and ensure safety and curb appeal in daily operations on-site.
