Strategic State Government Affairs Director

Spectrum is seeking a Sr Dir, Government Affairs to develop and coordinate strategies before state legislatures and regulatory agencies, guiding external affairs, procurement, and community engagement to advance our objectives. The role demands extensive legislative experience, leadership of a senior team, and the ability to manage outside counsel and consultants while engaging with officials at federal, state and local levels.
