Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Systems & Data Services team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise applications, databases, ETL processes, and data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer who can immediately contribute to critical projects while helping modernize and enhance enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and database solutions. Build and support ETL processes, data integrations, and data warehousing systems. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and relational databases. Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and system issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Support system architecture, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Mentor team members and contribute to development best practices.
Must-Have:
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software development, systems analysis, and solution design. Strong SQL Server development and database management experience. Hands-on experience with ETL development and data integration. Experience designing and supporting data warehouse solutions. Proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and related technologies. Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling. Experience troubleshooting complex applications and legacy systems. Ability to work within a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with Analysis Services, OLAP technologies, and Business Intelligence tools. Crystal Reports or Microsoft BI tool experience. Experience with enterprise-scale systems and large data environments. Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
