Responsible for managing all aspects of travel for clients, the full-time Travel Consultant - Corporate International/Complex will utilize a GDS system to book domestic and complex international travel arrangements while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining account knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
Book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations using Sabre, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide expert guidance on travel arrangements
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, with complex international experience preferred
Proficiency in using a GDS system, specifically Sabre; experience with Amadeus is a plus
Strong understanding of federal travel regulations and travel industry codes
Ability to work remotely and meet home-office requirements, including a flexible schedule
