Survey Technician / Drafter

What You'll Do: · Prepare boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, subdivision, and construction survey drawings.· Process and draft survey data using Carlson software.· Create plats, legal descriptions, easement exhibits, and record drawings.· Work closely with survey crews and project managers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.· Research deeds, plats, and public records as needed.
