A well-established, physician-led geriatric practice in the greater Denver metro area is seeking Geriatrics oriented Nurse Practitioners to join their 12 provider group. Position Details: 100% outpatient role - 4-day work week. No call, weekends, nights, or holidays. 8-12 patients per day: wellness visits, hospital follow ups, acute illness, etc. Average patient age of 80 with focus on complex comorbidity management. Competitive base salary guarantee - provider experience considered. EPIC EMR and robust support staff onsite.
