What You’ll Do:
Design and manage end‑to‑end itineraries — accommodation, transfers, dining, and experiences.
Handle member requests from first contact to post‑service follow‑up.
Provide curated recommendations aligned with client preferences and lifestyles.
Maintain relationships with global partners to secure exclusive perks, upgrades, and access.
Achieve and exceed service targets with efficiency and creativity.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle management.
Deep understanding of UHNW client expectations and global service culture.
Confident communicator with exceptional English fluency.
Team‑oriented, detail‑obsessed, and driven by impact.
